Parents and caregivers often describe conversations about love, sex, and relationships with their children as awkward, uncomfortable, meaningful, and important all at once. This session helps participants build the foundational skills to communicate openly and confidently with young people while sharing values, hopes, and essential health information in a supportive, judgment-free space. Participants will connect with peers and practice real-world communication strategies, including values clarification and skill-building exercises that support ongoing, honest conversations at home.
