Taylor Hill is a Strong Tomorrows Coordinator at Amplify, where she works on youth development, college and career readiness, and family and community engagement. Before joining Amplify, Taylor spent more than 13 years in roles spanning K-12 education, higher education, and community-based programming throughout the Tulsa area, developing workshops, mentoring high school students, building community partnerships, and coordinating programs that empower youth and strengthen family engagement. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management Human Resources from the University of Tulsa and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Educational Administration at Oklahoma State University, with anticipated graduation in 2028. Taylor is committed to culturally responsive programming and building partnerships that support student success and postsecondary access. She hopes to empower youth, families, and communities through meaningful relationships and opportunities that inspire confidence and leadership. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys coloring, watching sports, and spending time with her tribe.
