McKenna Reeves is the Tulsa Service Year Fellow and Capacity Builder at Amplify, where they support the delivery of evidence-based trainings and parent advocacy efforts in sex education. Before joining Amplify, McKenna served as a team lead for the SCALE Project at Bard College, where they focused on creating resources and institutional changes to support low income and first generation students. They also worked as a peer educator, a peer tutor with the Bard Prison Initiative, and a summer program manager at a Girl Scout camp. McKenna earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a concentration in Global Public Health, a minor in Chemistry, and a certificate in Civic Engagement from Bard College. They believe all people should have equal access to education, and that belief grounds their work at Amplify. Outside of work, McKenna enjoys being outside, whether playing sports, reading in the sun, or going for nature walks.
